Greg Giraldo

Greg Giraldo Greg Giraldo (born December 10, 1965) is an American stand-up comedian, television personality, insult comic and former lawyer. Giraldo was born and raised in Queens, New York and attended Regis High School and was voted by his classmates as most likely to succeed. He is the oldest son of immigrant parents from Colombia (father) and Spain (mother) and was raised Roman Catholic. From early on, he excelled academically and was selected to attend Camp Rising Sun, the Louis August Jonas Foundation's international summer scholarship program. Giraldo attended Columbia University. Before becoming a comedian, Giraldo worked as a lawyer, having graduated from Harvard Law School. Giraldo spent less than a year as an associate for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom before deciding that the job wasn't for him.
